How it works

From first message to a trained team, in five steps.

No sales calls, no guesswork — just a clear path from "we need help" to "we've got this."

01

Browse & choose a track

Look through the six course tracks and pick the one that matches your rig and your team — or skip this if you're not sure, we'll help you figure it out in the next step.

02

Tell us about your rig

Fill in the booking form with details on your console, your venue, your team size, and what you're hoping to get out of the training. The more context, the better the quote.

03

Get your personalised quote

We'll reply within 48 hours with a quote tailored to your rig, your team, and whether on-site training or a live webinar makes more sense for your situation.

04

Book your slot

Confirm the date that works for your venue or your team's schedule. On-site sessions are booked around your show or service calendar, not the other way around.

05

Train & elevate

Get hands-on with your actual console and rig. Walk away with practical skills your team can apply on the very next show or service — not just theory you'll forget by Monday.

On-site training or a live webinar?

Both get your team trained — the right choice depends on your rig, your budget, and your schedule.

OPTION 01

On-site Training

  • We come to your venue and train on your actual console and rig
  • Best for teams who need hands-on practice, not just theory
  • Ideal for church AV teams and touring crews with a fixed rig
  • Scheduled around your service or show calendar
OPTION 02

Live Webinar

  • Train remotely, live, with real-time Q&A
  • Best for individuals or smaller teams learning the fundamentals
  • More flexible scheduling, lower cost than on-site
  • Great starting point before booking on-site training later

Common questions

How long does a typical on-site training session take?

Most on-site sessions run half a day to a full day, depending on your team size and how much ground we need to cover. We'll confirm the exact length once we understand your rig and goals.

Do we need any lighting experience before booking?

No — we tailor each session to the experience level of your team, from complete beginners to volunteers who just need to sharpen specific skills.

Can you train on any console brand?

We cover the major console platforms used in churches, theatres, and live events. Let us know what you run in the booking form and we'll confirm we can cover it.

How much does training cost?

Pricing depends on whether it's on-site or a webinar, your team size, and session length — which is why every booking gets a personalised quote rather than a fixed price.

Do you offer any follow-up support after training?

Yes — on-site sessions include a follow-up plan so the training sticks after we leave, and you're welcome to reach out with questions as your team gets more comfortable with the rig.
